PolygonQueryAddr

利用 面(封閉多邊形)+搜尋範圍 來查詢門牌位置，需傳入的參數如下

oBuffer 以面的邊為基準，向外擴大的搜尋範圍，單位為公尺
oSRS 回傳資訊中坐標值所套用的坐標系統，允許傳入的坐標系統代碼為：EPSG:4326、EPSG:3825、EPSG:3826、EPSG:3827、EPSG:3828
oResultDataType 回傳的資料格式，允許傳入的代碼為：JSON、XML
oIsShowCodeBase 是否顯示地址的統計區相關資訊，允許傳入的值為：true、false
